Refund Policy

Refunds are only available on prepaid services such as the "Maintenance Detail" subscription at least 48 hours before services rendered. There will be no refunds for services rendered. All services require a non-refundable deposit of $50. In the event services can not be completed in-fault of BL Detail, a reschedule will be offered or the $50 deposit will be refunded at request of the client.
